Outstanding Coach Award

Congratulations to Gordon Walling for winning the Outstanding Coach award from British Canoeing this year. Gordon is a key player at our friends at Shepperton Slalom Canoe Club, and has been very supportive of The Sharks over the years.

As well as coaching at Shepperton, Gordon has helped out at The Sharks in previous years, coaching our slalom paddlers of the past. He has been involved in slalom canoeing from the mid 1970s and is still going strong. He has been very supportive of The Sharks, and was on hand when Sport England awarded us the award for the best Satellite Club in London (after School Club) for our sessions at Osterley Park.

Well done Gordon and thanks for all the help over the years.
