A lot of activity in June as we saw a very brief view of Summer

A Return To Osterley

After a delayed start to the season we finally returned to our regular sessions at Osterley Park. This includes our regular sessions with the Sybil Elgar School on Thursday mornings.

Slalom

Slalom Competitions have been dominating this month with Rick Moore racing on the Tryweryn and taking 4th place on both days.

The June Cardington Race, saw Jasmin Uhlhorn take third place in her first slalom of the season, there was a good turn out of Shark paddlers for what appears to be the only Summer weekend we have had!

Rick was back in action at Llandysul, this time racing in canoes, picking up two third places in C1.

Marathon Racing

Ivijah Campbell-Bryan made is debut in marathon racing at Oxford Falcon race, coming in 5th.

Charity Fund Raising

Grant Underwood and Paddle Uk‘s Craig Duff, cycled from London to Brighton to raise money for British Heart Foundation. You can still make a donation, by clicking here.
