Rick in Action – another podium finish

Our Slalom Coach, Rick Moore, was in action at Ironbridge Slalom on Sunday and took second place in the Men’s K1 Veterans event.

A clear run in a time of 91.7 seconds gave him a ten second cushion from third place and earnt him465 points which puts him in 6th place in the National Veterans Rankings, for Men’s K1. He is also ranked 8th in Canoe Singles.

Rick hosts our Slalom sessions at Harefield on a Monday evening and Sunday morning. Would you be interested in giving slalom canoeing ago?
