Nene Slalom Div 2 and Div 3

The biggest Shark Slalom team of the season are heading to the Nene Division 2 and Division 3 Slalom on the artificial White Water Course at Northampton on Saturday 30th September and Sunday 1st October, in what promises to be a fun packed weekend.

The Sharks top lady paddler, Amelia Combes will be paddling K1 and C1 in division 2.

In the Men’s division 2 K1 the battle for top Shark billing will be between James Read, who has had a series of improving results through the year and Neal Underwood, who piped him at Grandtully, but has not paddled elsewhere this year.

In division 3 Men’s K1; The Sharks have four paddlers racing. On Saturday only will be Jacob Simpson, who was promoted at Harefield and has recently raced at Shepperton.

Khaleel Zainndin, who has recently come back from injury, he will be there both days having just raced at Shepperton.

Two paddlers new to division 3 are Sam Liddy and Alex Aldred, both promoted at Harefield and will now be competing for the first time away from home ground.
