Ensuring Safety Standards

On Saturday 24th March, several Shark Staff attended an Emergence First Aid course arranged specifically for Shark Staff.

This is to ensure that we maintain the highest safety standards at at all times. First aid is an essential part of instructors qualifications and ongoing training; however, at The Sharks we want all our staff trained, so we organised a full day exclusive trying for all our non-instructor staff, plus this instructors who need to update and keep their qualifications up to date.

This is part of an ongoing training programme from The Sharks to invest in our staff, which we consider our main resource. The day was we hope fun as well as informative:

As well as resuscitation, application of dressings etc; the staff are now trained to use defibrillators. Thanks to all involved in organising this and to the staff who attended.
