Abdullah is the youngest of the Syed paddlers (Salih and Abdurrahman) at just 8 years old, he made his debut in slalom at Cardington in August 2024 and then in Wild Water Racing at Barrow in November 2024.
In his debut slalom he came 23rd over all in the Men’ Division 4 K1 Slalom and second J8. At the Barrow he was 30th and first J8.
Eighty Years separates him from our oldest Slalom paddler Richard Davis, who were both racing at Cardington.
Our youngest and oldest paddler – 80 years apart!
