Another fun day out

The last in the current series of Barrow-upon-Soar races takes place on Saturday 9th March. The address for the races is the Boathouse Pub, Barrow-on-Soar, Leicestershire, LE12 8PN.

The races are 3k in length and there is no rough water, so ideal for people new to River racing, but also a good race for those with more experience. The race takes place on a twisty stream and is about a two hour drive from Harefield. So we need to meet at 7am to leave by 7:15am.

Entry fees are just £6 per person or £3 for those under 18.

This would be an ideal race to prepare for the Nene on 14th April.
