New Slalom Boats

We want to buy a set of new slalom boats, we are doing very well in slalom and have lots of people getting involved and participating and we want to be able to provide not just the right kit for them, but the best kit; so we have started at crowd funding page at: www.gofundme.com/thesharkscc.

Can you help us please?

We are not expecting our members to shed out loads of money (but if you do have some to spare, all donations very welcome). What we want you to do is to spread the word, share the link get others to help fund us.

The Sharks are committed to providing the right kit for all our participants at whatever level they are at: We have some top quality Sprint boats, we have plenty of teaching boats, the new sit-on-top recreation boats at Osterley; but our slalom boats are looking a bit tired after many years of service. Added to this we had two stollen last year, which has left our slalom paddlers in need of some new kit.

Our target is 10 new boats, we need £20,000, this will buy new boats all kitted out and ready to use, with spray deck and paddles.

Ideally we need companies to sponsor us; any company that buys a boat will get recognition on our website and and will have the right to have their name/logo in the boat, along with a web address (obviously this must be kept with in the rules of the sport regarding sponsorship.

The Sharks operate in the Boroughs of Ealing (Southall), Hillingdon (Harefield, Hayes and Uxbridge) and Hounslow (Osterley/Heston). We have members from all over West London and beyond; we travel to events throughout the country (and sometimes beyond), run two national ranking slaloms each year (Shepperton and Harefield)
