Another successful Month in Sharkland

September 2022, saw The Sharks compete in 3 slaloms with some great results, we also got news of the approval of plans for Harlesden improvements.

First up was Cardington at the beginning of September, with promotions, and winners, welcoming back paddlers for the first time this season.

Next was Langham Farm in Wiltshire.

With the competitive month finishing in style at the Nene in Northampton.

One of the great things about these events has been the atmosphere with so many Shark paddlers attending, supporting each other and having fun.

Away from competition, a lot of work has been done in preparing Harefield for our event in October. Many thanks to all of those involved in the work parties, the site is now looking great.

Away from paddling, things have also been happening, it has been a bit drawn out, but planning permission for the improvements at Harlesden Canalside have at long last been granted, meaning that things can actually start happening, watch this space for developments at NW10.

We also have meetings with Ealing Council lined up to discuss our plans for Southall and Greenford Quay.
