During the Winter months we will be running sessions at Southall on Thursday evenings at 5pm. These sessions are for experienced paddlers, who use race boats. For more information call 07951 770241 or email marathon@thesharks.org.uk.

We do run weekend sessions at Harlesden on Saturday mornings; 10:30am, Sundays at Harefield; 10:30am and at Greenford Quay at 2pm. Please not our weekend sessions are sometimes cancelled as we attend comeptitions all year round, so please check with us first.
