Division 2 and Division 3 Slalom

In the picturesque Wye Valley, this slalom is suitable for all our racked paddlers in Division 2 and Division 3. The event is based at: Symonds Yat, East, Ross-on-Wye HR9 6JL, about 110 miles from Harefield, about a two-and-a-half hours drive.

This is a double event, one race on Saturday 11th March and another race on Sunday 12th March, given the distance from how, we could consider staying over night, there are a number of options. Full details of the event are available here, or people may wish to do just one day?

The River at Symonds Yat provides a nice set of rapids, the level of which can vary according to rain fall and the course is set accordingly. It is a very scenic place dominated by Yat Rock, with a picturesque village in the valley along the riverside.
