London to Brighton Cycle Ride
Well done to Shark members Grant Underwood and Jose Narvaez, who cycled the 54 miles from London to Brighton in the annual cycle ride to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
They both have fund raising pages and there is still time to support their efforts.
The Sharks think we should enter a large team of people for next year’s race; so who is up for the challenge?
We could have a great fun Shark Day out at the coast; entries are already open, you can read more by clicking here. As well as being a fun day out raising money for a good cause, it will be an excellent way to get fit and keep fit particularly during the Winter months. So who is up for the challenge?
If we can get enough interest we could start regular cycling sessions as part of our weekly programme. If you are interested, why not drop us an email to: canoeing@thesharks.org.uk.
Don’t forget any Sharks who are trying to raise money for good causes, we will happily put a page up on our website to help you raise funds. just let us know at: neal@thesharks.org.uk.
