Final Rankings for Shark Paddlers

2022, was the year we returned to Wild Water Racing and had eight paddlers racing for us, 5 of whom were completely new to the discipline.

Ladies K1

Susan Templeton was our top ranked lady in 2022, coming in 43rd and second V60. She raced twice last year, for our partner Club Itchen Valley. She was also top V60 in the Wavehopper Class.

New to Wild Water Racing Jasmin Uhlhorn, who also raced twice and finished the year 46th, she was also 17th and second Senior in the Wavehopper Class.

Nest up and completing just one race was 14-year-old Liah Boyle, also new to Wild Water Racing, she came in 85th from just one race and was 7th under 14.

In 93rd place, racing for her first time was Tasmeen Khatra. She was also 3rd Senior in the Wavehopper catgory.

Completing our Women’s line up was Fleur Harman in 106th place and 6th Senior Wavehopper.

Men’s K1

Neal Underwood was our top male racer this year, ranked 62 overall, he was second V60. He raced twice and was back for the first time post Covid.

Next Up was Grant Underwood, racing in his first ranking race for several years, he was 146th from just the one race.

New to River Racing is David Spikings, he did one race and is ranked 164th and 6th Senior in Wavehoppers.
